DP&L Payment Plans

If you’re having trouble paying your bill, ask about DP&L’s programs (Customer Service: 937-331-3900 or 1-800-433-8500).

Individual Payment Arrangement

We can set up an individualized payment plan based on the amount due, your ability to pay and your credit history.

Notify Friend or Relative

You may arrange for a third party (friend, relative, minister, organization, etc.) to be notified if your household faces loss of service.  Both you and the designated third party will be sent notification.

Medical Need

If you receive care for a serious medical condition and need help paying your energy bill, you may qualify for this program.  You must be a permanent resident and be certified by a licensed physician or a local Board of Health physician.  DP&L can defer payment for 30-90 days per household, per year.
