It is our goal to minimize the environmental impacts associated with our operations. We are committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations. We are also committed to environmental stewardship by looking for opportunities, where economically practical, to reduce emissions and prevent pollution.

To achieve these objectives, DP&L:

• Develops and implements environmental procedures.
• Communicates those procedures to employees.
• Audits operations regularly for environmental compliance, to conform to corporate procedures, and to identify best management practices.
• Communicates relevant environmental information to our customers.
• Seeks out new technologies that enhance operational efficiency or provide other environmental benefits.
